Griswold Water Systems, formerly known as Griswold Filtration, began by developing centrifugal separator systems, certified pressure vessels, and a range of filtration products for HVAC and industrial cooling systems nearly two decades ago in an effort to improve the cleanliness and efficiency of HVAC and industrial water cooled systems.

By joining forces with a sister company, Griswold Water Systems leverages more than a decade of experience pioneering electronic water treatment systems to control scale and bacteria without the use of harsh chemicals.

In 2004, substantial investment was committed to researching the underlying principles of physical water treatment, something few competitors have done. This continuing commitment makes Griswold Water Systems the technological leader in its field, illustrated by its staffed water testing laboratory, research cooling tower, and specialized research instruments. Our powerful, full scale industrial and large commercial electronic unit, the SBC (Scale Bacteria Controller), grew out of this effort and a belief that the business of water treatment could be radically transformed to the benefit of the customer and the natural world.  To this end, the company continually tests the effects produced by the SBC.  It has merged the device’s capabilities with a complete filtration package – known as the Tower Sentry System – in order to maximize the treatment it can deliver while giving the customer a single-source solution for optimal cooling system performance and enhanced water savings. Consequently, its products have helped hundreds of customers eliminate scale and bacteria from their water systems without the use of dangerous or toxic chemicals.

The result: a truly green solution for industrial and HVAC water loops with an excellent return on investment.
